Today’s Live Show
What other explanation is there? It must be lip thermals. This week’s Monday Cover skater, Johnny Turgesen, gets a bit lofty with this ollie-to-fakie. Check out more pics of Johnny finding gravitational anomalies about Jack’s ramp after the turn.
Congratulations Johnny!
Let’s just start by saying that the Northwest is overflowing with great skate spots and great skaters. Case in point, this week’s Monday Cover skater, Johnny Turgesen, hucking a trademark ollie over the deathbox as MC’s bowl. It was difficult deciding on which image of Johnny to use for the cover. See why after the turn.
Congratulations Johnny!
Who’s that Monday Cover angelic upstart shredding the havens of Battle Ground? Why, it’s the hellacious Johnny Turgesen floating a big transfer from the depths of the bowl to the back of the cradle. See a few more pics of Johnny after the turn along with a link to a sequence of this shot.
Congratulations Johnny!
Earlier this week, we posted about riding the back of the cradle at Battle Ground. Well, yesterday, Johnny Turgesen showed us his line on the cradle back. Sick, sick, sick. Yep, completely ill. Check out the full sequence below.
Want to work on your 80’s launch ramp moves? All you need is a pool hip and a shallow end. Check out a sequence of Team Bacon’s Johnny Turgesen and his hip launch technique in the peanut at Glenhaven.
Looks like he cracked something in that last frame. Enjoy – EPM Out!
If you are looking for some style tips to improve your skating, Johnny Turgesen has a few to share. Johnny is this week’s featured skater on Monday Covers with a super stylin’ lien at Glenhaven. A product of the Southern Oregon skate scene, Johnny rides for Bacon Skateboards and is a card carrying member of the Skrotes. Word has it that a Skrote’s board is in the works.
Congratulations Johnny!
