Not far from where the beer flows like wine, this week’s Monday Cover skater, Mark Conahan, finds himself comfortably tucked in a cradle. Where is this magical land? Colorado, of course; Fairyplay to be exact. There’s a great skate vibe in this little mountain town and it’s a required stop on any Colorado skate junket. Colorado is on fire. Quality skateparks are popping-up all over the state and this week’s featured EPM Net contributor, Kevin Decker (a.k.a Kvon), is reaping the benefits in more ways than one. In addition to skating, Kevin takes some great photos and was kind enough to share them. The black and white shot of the skater, pavement, and house is one of our favorites. Lifeblood Skateboards and Blood Wizard Skateboards have joined forces for the “Blood Brothers” tour this summer. We will be on the road in early July hitting up many of the great skateparks and skate scenes throughout Colorado and Utah.
