East coast rules! The ever stealthy Wes Cording made an appearance at Pier yesterday and we caught him sharing some love with the coping. If you haven’t heard, Wes has a new shape out on Cold War Skateboards. Go step on his new Land Mine model and be careful ’cause you just might ‘splode. Click on the pic for a better view.
Sometimes it’s like a bad 70’s wine commercial around here with respect to getting the story out. Something like we will show no photos before their time. Well the time has come to liberate a few photos from the opening weekend at the Irrigon Skatepark.
If you haven’t exposed yourself to The Clash, do yourself a huge favor and do so. Why? Well because they’re good and you will be better for it.
It’s been 30 years since The Clash released their self-titled debut album. It was and is one of those definitive albums that is a must own for any self-respecting music lover. For all of you High Fidelity fans out there, The Clash is at the top of our Top Ten Bands Ever list. Enjoy!

We took a little road trip to Aumsville and Donald yesterday. Check out MC enjoying his ol’ friend the Donald kidney. Click on the picture for a better view. The red stenciled tile is a nice new addition to the ever evolving skate surface. Viva la Donald.

Check out Chris Nukala’s approach to getting over the stairs in the peanut bowl at Glenhaven. Most people are happy just to carve over the stairs. Not Nukes, he opts for the frontside no-handed air approach. Note that we opted to call it a no-handed air instead of that term that rhymes with jolly. Lawsuits are not our bag.
