Style matters and this week’s Monday Cover skater, Doug “Pineapple” Saladino, is a true zen master. Powerful and smooth on the coping, Doug grinds one out at the now 10 years young Treasure Bowl. Not far from where the beer flows like wine, this week’s Monday Cover skater, Mark Conahan, finds himself comfortably tucked in a cradle. Where is this magical land? Colorado, of course; Fairyplay to be exact. There’s a great skate vibe in this little mountain town and it’s a required stop on any Colorado skate junket.
