East coast rules! The ever stealthy Wes Cording made an appearance at Pier yesterday and we caught him sharing some love with the coping. If you haven’t heard, Wes has a new shape out on Cold War Skateboards. Go step on his new Land Mine model and be careful ’cause you just might ‘splode. Click on the pic for a better view.
One part East coast, one part West coast, along with equal amounts of surfing and skating, and you share some roots with this week’s Monday Cover skater, Wes Cording. Talk about style and smooth skating, Wes has it all as evident by this frontside tail block on a hip at West Linn. Check out a few more pics of Wes after the turn.

You can’t keep a good man down and we have proof. This week’s Monday Cover features the unbreakable Wes Cording. Note the dual knee braces. You won’t find a more passionate guy with respect to skating. Wes is a skater’s skater and is all about giving back. Case in point, Cold War skateboards just released their ’07 board line-up and Wes is one of the guest shapers; checkout his new Land Mine shape.
