Amateurs' Division @ 2010 Oregon Trifecta

This year’s Trifecta saw the addition of an amateur division for the younger generation of skaters. We are guessing that the amateur division is here to stay as a part of the annual event based on the positive feedback. Speaking of positive feedback, check out Shea, Sean and more shredding it up during the Lincoln City stop of 2010 Oregon Trifecta after the turn. EPM “little shredders coming to get you” Out!

Tantanoola Tiger

Monday Cover Vol. 4 Issue 44 - RJ Barbaro

Unlike the legendary Tantanoola Tiger, this Aussie cat is for real as well as this week’s Monday Cover skater. It’s RJ Barbaro, floating either a half-cab or frontside ollie-to-fakie during the West Linn stop of the 2010 Oregon Trifecta. RJ was on track to take the overall Trifecta title had it not been for a pre-contest injury at Tigard. Check out more pics of RJ tearing it up after the turn and hopefully, we’ll see him at next year’s event.

Congratulations RJ!

And the Judges Say…?

Oregon_Trifecta_2010_Results

At times, judging is a thankless job, so we would like to take this opportunity to thank this year’s Trifecta judges, Tom “Wally” Inouye, Mike Taylor, and the original “Steve-O” Steve Brockway (pictured above along with local Lincoln City shredder, Shea.) Also, be sure to check out the fruits of their labor, the 2010 Oregon Trifecta Results over at World Cup Skateboarding. EPM “thanks again dudes” Out!
