Public Service Announcement

Shrunken Head Birthday Bash/Video Premier - West Linn Park Slalom

This is a public service announcement on Earth Patrol. Know your rights or at least a couple of skate related events going down this weekend. First up is tonight’s premier of the Shrunken Head video “Fully Flawed” at Plan B. The actions starts around 9 p.m., see a larger flier after the turn. For you cone dodgers, don’t party too hard because on Saturday the West Linn Skatepark slalom is set to go off. Remember, arrive early to get some practice runs in prior to the 11 a.m. start time. It’s Back!

Park slalom at West Linn skatepark is a go! The action takes place on Saturday, May 8th so you have a little under a month to get those trucks loosened and lines dialed. Sixteen Skatepark on the Sixteenth

Last Saturday was February 16th. What’s so special about February 16th, you ask? Well, it’s the day two skate crews, one in the Southwest and the other in the Northwest, attempted to skate 16 parks in a single day. Get the scoop on the Southwest crew’s adventures over at Old Man Army; it was their big idea.

The Northwest crew focused their efforts on skateparks in and around Portland, OR. It was an exhausting adventure for sure and the concept proved to be more romantic than the actual implementation. Come along on the sixteen park tour after the turn….
