Well, it seems the Sorcery 118 crew has been busy filming their entry for this year’s All City Showdown Team Edition to be held in Seattle on December 21st. Those are the seasonal colors here in the good ol’ U.S.A., currently entertaining the globe with our sweet government cables. Also, red and green are the color choices for the Duane Peters’ limited edition benefit boards about to hit the streets. The folks over at Deluxe teamed up with skartist(skater+artist) Lance Mountain on the project with all proceeds going to help D.P. with medical bills. Last Friday evening, the local skate community came out to support an art exhibit and benefit for Above Coping, a non profit organization dedicated to providing support and new experiences for youth skateboarders with chronic health conditions. EPIC Indoor Skatepark provided the perfect environment for the kids to shred as well as expose themselves to the fine art of Tyler ‘Junior’ Cole, Shawn ‘Little Bob’ Reinert and Randy ‘Kilwag’ Gawlik. That’s right, this week’s Monday Cover skater, Danny Tumia, a.k.a Skeletor, uses his super skate powers as he 5-0’s the tombstone at Lincoln City. Stoke! Take that all you skate He-Men.
