In Utero

In Utero Banner

It seems Oregon backyards are fertile with DIY bowls. Case in point, MC’s 3rd-trimester kidney and Tristen’s recently conceived spine bowl. MC is so giddy he had to run around his while his trusted pooch, Fiona, looks on. See more of MC’s and Tristen’s soon-to-be piece of grind after the turn.

The Fine Art of Being

Monday Cover Vol. 3 Issue 26 - Duane Peters

This week’s Monday Cover skater, Duane Peters, needs no introduction. There are few people who have had as much of an impact on skateboarders and skateboarding as Duane. Always the innovator and branded “The Master of Disaster”, we can thank Duane for sweepers, lay-back rollouts, invert-reverts and our all-time favorite indy air. We’re hoping this year’s Oregon Trifecta Pier Park stop will entice Duane and the Upland crew to make the trip. Check out few pics of Mr. Peters skating Lincoln City and Pier Park during the 2007 Trifecta after the turn.

Congratulations Duane!

Pool Skater Renaissance

MC and Randy - Pool Grins

Hard times lead to good times for pool skaters. Like the droughts of the 70’s in California, the current housing meltdown has delivered a bounty of backyard pools for skaters. Just ask the dudes over at Addikt Skateboards about their pool habit. So if you have “spot-safe” photos or video that you would like to share, head on over to the Earth Patrol Network and show us what you got. You too can get your very own pool grins like MC and Kilwag. Check out a couple of photos from a recent pool Addikt session after the turn.
