YouTube Tuesday gets a littly funky with Stevie, Sly and Billy. Each of these artist’s music is worth exploring and you will be better for it. Check out some Motown inspired funk from the 1970’s after the turn.
It’s time for another Monday Cover. Check out this week’s featured skater, Mr. Shane Bell, as he tweaks a massive air over the hip. The term ‘Natural’ comes to mind when watching Shane skate; the kid just kills it.

For this week’s YouTube Tuesday, we patrolled the earth for a different sound and came upon some dance punk. Yep, that’s the recent term for a wide range of electronic dominate music. So without further delay, come along with us as we sample five bands in four countries: Shy Child – United States, Yelle – France, The Presets – Australia, Hot Chip – England, and back to the USA with Ghostland Observatory.

Our first Monday Cover featured skater for 2008 is Bryce Kanights, a true lifer with respect to skateboarding. Slashing the shallows of Glenhaven is just one of the many skate related activites that consume Bryce’s time. He also heads up the Adidas skate team, is a proven world-class photographer and is co-founder of SkateDaily.net. With such a busy schedule, we’re hoping he can find some time to be a future guest on SessionThis!

We went in search of baby new year at the Tigard skate park. T-Rex was giddy at the thought of easy pickings. What do you think happened?
